Nice Course, Great Back Nine
Great little course, greens are decent size and roll well, not overly penalizing with water or bunkers, but there are several really nice holes. Front nine is more open, but 7 and 8 - two of my favorite holes in mid Michigan, short par 4 and short par 3 - are tight and play tough. You finish with a reachable par 5 for #9, but you need two good shots to do so. The back nine isn't very long but tight, you need to keep the ball in play. 16, 17, and 18 are a great stretch of finishing holes - par 5, par 3, and par 5. This place is sort of a hidden gem for me - mix of classic, straight forward golf, with tree lined, shot making holes.
Based on my experience,
I would play this course again.
