The Challenge at The Woods in Jacksonville is tucked into a beautiful setting right outside the small town of Jacksonville, Texas. It offers members small town service and attention along with an impressive array of amenities.
The clubhouse features a large dining room, a great lounge and bar area, a pro shop, and large private banquet and meeting rooms. A large covered outdoor terrace affords sweeping views of several golf holes. The golf course first opened in 1936 and is a 6,231 yard par 71 in tournament-ready condition. Family amenities include four tennis courts with the services of a teaching professional, a large pool, a fitness room, and an active social and golf member calendar.
